Thursday the 5th of May 2011 marked the grand opening of the administration hotel complex CPI City Center in Ústí nad Labem of which GRISOM was a significant part of the realization.
The area has renewed life when by the End of January the supermarket Tesco Expres opened its doors. „We are very grateful that the project was completed and could begin operation in the planned timescale despite the many change orders we experienced, not to mention it was a big project, so tracking costs on this 750 million CZK project was an issue unto itself.,“ noted Ing. David Jansa, Ph.D., Director of GRISOM. „I would like to thank my colleagues for a job well done. “
During the team set up for this project we followed the philosophy that a company name is not quite as significant as what makes up that company, which is the staff that partakes in the project. Today, after the opening of the CPI City Center complex in Usti nad Labe, the people at GRISOM have proven their worth and I would have no hesitation in utilising their services again,“ evaluated Ing. Pavel Fischer, Deputy Development Manager of CPI Group.
The dominant part of the CPI City Center Ústí nad Labem project is composed of administrative space supplemented by a retail area and an independent four star congress hotel for Clarion. The office space area is over three floors and amounts to 5 700 m2, the ground floor allows for 19 retail units amongst them a supermarket, drug store, bank and florist. The Clarion Congress Hall has 83 rooms and the congress hall can support 350 visitors in variable size hall space. The object are inter connected via underground garages with a capacity of 160 parking spaces.
