During the official presentation of the multifunctional complex CPI City Center Olomouc there was a viewing of the modern office space in the administrative part of the project and it was possible to view behind the scenes of the Clarion Congress Hotel****.


The open door event was organised by CPI Group primarily for representatives of the professional community such as reality agents, Czechinvest the municipality and the media. The project encompassed two office buildings with sub ground parking a hotel and a congress centre. The administrative space is prepared for handover to the tenants.  „As of December 20102, Raiffeisenbank, the main tenant, has secured the office space of Building B. For lease there are a further 2 600 m2 of office space on the highest floors of the building,“ said Pavel Skřivánek, Director of office leasing in CPI Group. „Thanks to the high level requirements of the bank for area and technological flexibility, security, comfort and energy efficiency we wanted to show the public that the building is able to accommodate any company with any requirements of any size and specialisation. Such a standard is thus far unique in this region,“ added Pavel Skřivánek. His words confirmed those of real estate agents, which are interested in the space that this building offers; i.e. that the flexibility of dividing areas into large and small units as seen in A type buildings as seen in larger metropolises and has been accepted in a very positive light.


Both office buildings will commence operation in late May to June of this year. Currently, the open space offices with partitioned smaller units may be viewed.  The building is supported by efficient technology, smart use of space, indigenous parking and easy access, which will save tenant’s time and money.

On the ground floor of the office object there are retail units of which there remains 300 m2 to let.


As a part of the open door event was also the excursion through the reconstruction of the former Sigma hotel which will be opened as the Clarion Congress Hotel Olomouc**** in September of this year. „The hotel complex will offer 126 rooms including apartments, a lobby bar, two restaurants Veduta and Benada, a wellness centre, underground garages and a congress centre for 1 400 persons, where the main attraction will be the main congress hall catering to 1 100 persons“, said Robin Hanák, Regional Director of CPI Hotels, which operates a network of hotels under the Clarion brand across the Czech republic and is renowned for its upscale quality and service standards..


The whole event was part of the marketing campaign for Olomouc with the motto: „New offices can save you time and money. “
