Aleš is a project manager with over 15 years experiences in the construction industry. He has specialised in publicly frequented structures such as office parks, shopping malls and hotels. His main roles have been design coordination, procurement, cost control and construction management.
Ales’ strongest skills are related to his experiences with complex multi structure objects and their relative cost budgets. This applies for pre-construction activities where value engineered costs can be crucial in cost savings through to construction management where coordinating and managing many subcontractors on site at the same time must be done systematically with a focus on detailed organisation.
He has worked internationally and is capable of communicating in foreign languages.
