David began his career in 1993 as a real estate portfolio manager
for Ecoexplain, a company dealing with validation of claims for individual restituents.
From 2002 he began work for the Ministry of Agriculture where he was involved in several international working groups for the implementation of legal conditions of EC. He was charged with the preparation of Strategic financing and implementation of Directive concerning urban waste-water treatment.
This developed into the economic analysis for water management planning in the Czech Republic.
After an extended posting in Portugal, David returned in 2005 to begin as a business development manager for K4, a design and project management consultant. Here he acquired work for the team on projects such as shopping centre Gallery Fenix in Prague Vysocany, the Clarion Congress Hotel
(2500 mil CZK), the reconstruction of the shopping complex Nisa Centre in Liberec (1400 mil CZK)
and for Faurecia Components in Pisek (50 mil EUR).
In 2007, he became part of the team for international construction consultants Savant (AECOM) as a business development and marketing manager. His responsibilities were to include acquiring new business clients in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Amongst his clients can be included Africa Israel Group, Raiffeisen Leasing real Estate, GE Real Estate and TK Development.
