New construction of an administrative building in the center of Prague with 6 floors and 7,315 m2 of office space. Parking for 69 cars is provided on the 1st floor.We actively participated in the project from the preparatory phase to the publication of the tender documentation. It also included ensuring a change in the zoning decision and building permit decision in connection with the change in architecture.
The new building of Building M is the final stage of the Classic 7 Business Park complex. It is designed as a six-storey building with a receding fifth and sixth floor with a total area 5,632 m2 of offices, 463 m2 of retail space and 413 m2 of warehouses. The project has won a number of awards. The main ones are 2nd place Best of Reality New office buildings or CIJ Fit-out of the year 2016. Our task was to coordinate the main tenant of the office part of ComAP, a.s. and in the retail part, Freshland.
Vinice is a reconstruction of the original new building of a commercial and administrative building from 1999, which reflects the current requirements of tenants at an attractive address in Vinohradská Street. The building has a total of 25 000 m2 of office and retail space and 628 parking spaces in the garage, which serves both tenants and visitors of the building.
The Meteor C office building is the third phase of a successful project right next to the Křižíkova metro and tram stop. It is a new building with an approximate size of 5,000 m2. In addition to office space, it also offers shops and services on the ground floor and parking spaces on two underground floors. Reconstruction of the 9-storey administrative Building A with a total area of 21,000 m2 of office space, 167 m2 of retail space, with two roof terraces and an underground car park for 389 cars. For the reconstruction of the building from 2002, we carried out all preparatory work until the time of the sale back to Passerinvest Group.
For NC Fénix, we provided comprehensive project management activities, from design work, through tenders for individual suppliers to the actual implementation through several suppliers. It was mainly the renovation of the floors of underground garages, including the entrance ramp on an area of approximately 18,000 m2, together with the painting of underground garages and adjoining facilities, repair of damaged parts of the west facade, replacement of unsuitable grease separators, including new wiring. All work took place during full operation of the center and without restrictions on the food court in the shopping center.
