Administrative building Jindřišská 16

After a total reconstruction and completion of the Jindřišská 16 office building located in Prague 1, Nové Město with a total office area of up to 6,000 m2, the client decided to alternatively divide fully completed fit-outs for smaller tenants. Our task was to create a cost plan of construction and technological modifications for the division of the open space of the typical floor into smaller rental office units with a recommendation of the scope of what makes economic and functional sense and what does not.

Feasibility study for fast food by Stop Shop Staré Město

The feasibility study included an evaluation of the plan in relation to the zoning plan, the build-up of the solved land and an evaluation of the plan in relation to the positions of the utility networks and their capacities. The study included the traffic connection of the planned fast food and its placement on the site of the existing coffee box. Part of the assignment was also the reorganization of internal roads and parking spaces.

Feasibility study for fast food by VIVO! Hostivař

The feasibility study included an evaluation of the plan in relation to the zoning plan, the build-up of the solved land and an evaluation of the plan in relation to the positions of the utility networks and their capacities. The study included not only the traffic connection of the planned fast food, but also the assessment of the traffic solution of the whole complex. The focus was placed mainly on critical places where traffic jams occured at peak times. The study proposed a solution to these critical points.

We have prepared a technology audit for a potential buyer of the building.The aim was to verify the current state of all technologies in the building and quantify the expected costs of maintenance and renovation over time in the form of a Red Flag report.

Superstructure on the office building roof A2-Futurama Business Park

For the important tenant Deutche Bőrse Group, we dealt with the relocation of engine rooms and server rooms, UPS and UPS distribution from the basement to the roof of the building. This created a steel purlin structure on the roof with a flat roof and cladding, which fits into the modern design of the entire complex. Our task was to provide the investor with monitoring of the entire project and a health and safety coordinator.
