Modern living in a quiet corner of Liben near the natural monument Prosecké skály offers a total of sixty apartments with layouts from 1KK to 5KK. The six-storey building also has unique lofts extending above the roof of the building. Thanks to excellent transport links to the center of Prague, living in this location is becoming very attractive. The construction of a seven-storey building is being completed on the corner plots at the intersection of Plzeňská and Podbělohorská streets. An architecturally interesting project with a total of 40 apartments and 12 parking spaces will be used for both accommodation and commercial purposes. We organized a tender for the construction contractor, which became RONELI Stavby SE.
The reconstruction of the existing hotel premises of former hotel Sigma and the addition of a multifunctional congress centre. The eleven floors offer 126 double bed rooms, including two apartments and a business suite. Organizers of events may use the variable space assembly halls which have a capacity for 1100 people and a further 6 halls with a total capacity of 318 people. Further a restaurant will accommodate seating for 450 guests, a lobby bar and an expansive foyer with an area of 900 m2.
Providing a fit-out from design to realization for the renowned BeBop Bar in the Alcron Hotel in the heart of Prague near Wenceslas Square. The complete reconstruction of the bar was done with the parallel operation of the hotel and the establishment of a temporary bar in another part of the hotel. The reconstruction required high demands on the use of selected materials corresponding to the quality of the 5-star hotel and the maintaining of the Art Deco style.

Expansive reconstruction, modernization and completion of a hotel in the picturesque area of Prague’s Mala Strana, it was a collection of seven buildings including a 13th century monastery and a brewery, which was the former estate of the Brothers of St. Augustine.

Historic neo-renaissance building in the centre of Prague, the former address of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce, was reconstructed into a modern five star Hotel named Kings Court.
The hotel offers 135 luxury suites, unique conference rooms, which includes the Franz Josef Ballroom. For relaxation there is a pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam baths, fitness and a relax area.

Reconstruction of the ground floor and completion of operating premises and a casino in the courtyard of the building, which is included among the Czech cultural monuments. The hotel was built according to the project of architect Antonín Tenzer in 1958.

Our task was to create a new Book of Building Standards, which served as an assignment for the project of reconstruction and completion of the Slovan Hotel in Františkovy Lázně.
Reconstruction of the Grandhotel Zlatý Lev in Liberec consisted of thermal insulation of the facade, renovation of the Art Nouveau facade including replacement of all windows, thermal insulation of the hotel roof, reconstruction of technological systems, construction of a summer terrace together with renovation of restaurant and kitchen and completion of a conference hall.
Hotel Duo with a total of 654 rooms has undergone a complete renovation in several phases. We actively participated in the reconstruction of 108 rooms and 3 meeting rooms (Paris, Rome, Amsterdam) with a total capacity of 230 people depending on the type of arrangement. Our task was to ensure complete preparatory work until the final implementation in the construction management system. The reconstruction itself took place in full operation in just 2,5 months.
