During the final site evaluation dated 5.4. 2013 there were no defects noted for building B which would prove it unsafe neither for use nor in breach of any of the construction laws. The construction department has declared that the works reflect the authorised documentation and are in accordance to all health and safety laws and environmental regulations.
In consideration of the above points the magistrate of the municipality of Olomouc, the Construction Dept., issued on the date of 15.4. 2013 the Kolaudation, which supersedes the agreement for limited pre use. Significantly, this was done 1 month in advance of the time schedule to the delight of the main tenant Raiffeisenbank.
