Albert Hypermarket Passage - Ústí nad Labem

For newly reconstructed stores within the passage of the Albert Hypermarket in Ústí nad Labem, we provided tenant coordination. It also included the provision of fit - outs for Yves Rocher, Chance and Kadeřnictví.

Areál Classic 7 Business Park – Building M

The new building of Building M is the final stage of the entire Classic 7 Business Park complex. It is designed as a six-storey building with a receding fifth and sixth floor with a total area of 5,632 m2 of offices, 463 m2 of retail space and 413 m2 of warehouses. The project has won a number of awards. The main ones are 2nd place Best of Reality New office buildings or CIJ Fit-out of the year 2016. Our task was to coordinate the main tenant of the office part of ComAP, a.s. and in the retail part, Freshland.

Hotel Alcron - BeBep Bar and Hidden Bar

Providing a fit-out from design to realization for the renowned BeBop Bar in the Alcron Hotel in the heart of Prague near Wenceslas Square. Part of the interior reconstruction was the opening of a new so-called Hidden Bar. The complete reconstruction of the bar was done with the parallel operation of the hotel and the establishment of a temporary bar in another part of the hotel. The reconstruction required high demands on the use of selected materials corresponding to the quality of the 5-star hotel and the maintaining of the Art Deco style.

Luxembourg Plaza - Dentistry Salius Medical Group

In the modern, multi-functional Luxembourg Plaza building, located in a lucrative part of Prague right next to the Flora metro station, we provided fit-outs for the Salius Medical Group dental practice. Part of the work was to build a completely new entrance from the street for two newly created rental units.

Remodeling Albert Hypermarket OC Chodov Prague

Reconstruction of the existing Albert hypermarket in the Chodov Shopping Center with a total area of 8,500 m2. The time for which the store was closed was only 16 days. The remaining part of the reconstruction took place during full operation, 24 hours a day. For visitors, this provides a more modern look and a wider range, including a newly conceived wine shop, bakery and fresh bar.

Newbuild Albert supermarket Neratovice

The construction of this new supermarket for Albert has an area of 1 262 m2 and had to have a similar design as that of the surrounding retail units on the ground floor of the building. The sales area is 850 m2 and was completely reconstructed, it was necessary to partially replace the technology and equipment and the whole store’s image and style was installed a new within the retail space and façade. Part of the project was also the addition of a 30 space parking area with two handicapped parking and two parking areas for families with small children.

Remodeling Albert supermarket Sokolníky, Prague 8

Extensive refitting was executed over three floors (sales area approx. 1 900 m2), including technology replacement. With a focus on limiting operational interruption most of the interruptive works were performed after hours, but the reconstruction was segmented such that the project was executed 24 hours per day.

Remodeling the supermarket for Albert; Prague, Karlovo nám.

The works comprised of extensive remodelling of the sales floor and expansion of the deli and bakery, by 19% to the detriment of the effective resolution of the spatial arrangement where storage was to be enlarged.   Thanks to the installation of energy saving lighting, new fridge cooling units, mechanical equipment, recuperative hot water heating by heat exchangers and an intelligent MaR, energy savings of 8% have been achieved as compared to the previous system.

The conversion including the expansion of the store to an area of 410 m2 included a total renovation, change in the visual style of the store, and partial replacement of technology and equipment. With regards to the flooding in June of this year, preventative measures have been considered in the design works of the overall design of the project and implemented.

Remodeling Albert supermarket Semily

The conversion of the store sales area covered 410 m2 and included a total renovation, change in the visual style of the store, and partial replacement of technology and equipment. Despite the large scale of refitting in such a small space, the store carried on in operation during the works and was limited for the shortest time possible due to proper planning and coordination. All works were carried through according to the client’s needs for quality and the project was handed over complete with the kolaudation certificate in place.
