For the City Park Jihlava department store, we solved the renovation of the ceiling on the 3rd floor in the preparatory phase of the project. Another necessary modification was the complete reconstruction of parking areas, including the adjustment of the slope and the construction of a new ramp to ensure smoother traffic in the entire area.
Extension of the existing retail park by 7,000 m2 of leasable areas. The expansion includes a free-standing Decathlon store, KFC drive-thru and the completion of retail areas in the Stop Shop standard. The expansion required the construction of a traffic circle and an increase in parking spaces by 160 parking spaces to a total of 927 parking spaces, together with landscaping necessary to ensure supply and smooth operation throughout the complex.
A shopping and entertainment centre in downtown Pardubice offers an area of 50 000 m2 for more than 100 retail stores, a multi cinema; Cinema City with 8 theatres and underground parking for more than 600 automobiles.
On an area of 38 000 m2 there are 80 retail units and a multi cinema with 4 theatres. This is complimented with 510 parking spaces and on the 3rd and 5th floors are offices with a total area of 3 090 m2. A part of the project was also a new build bus terminal.
Reconstruction and new build of a three storey administrative centre with a total area of 47 000 m2 including 810 parking spaces and 22 000 m2 of retail space, a 5 theatre multi cinema, bowling and cafes. The main tenant is Tesco Stores which have a retail area of 6 500 m2.
The project is composed of a three storey building with 120 stores, a multi cinema by Cinema City with 10 theatres and an entertainment park. The rentable area is 19 500 m2.
Within the park is a parking house and outside parking with a capacity for 650 automobiles.
Reconstruction of the existing three-storey shopping center building with floor plan dimensions of 68 x 46 m on Republic Square in Kolín. The subject of the reconstruction was insulation and repair of the facade with the construction of a new entrance portal, implementation of a new entrance area with a staircase, elevator and two escalators, resolving the layout of rental space on the 1st floor and preparation of new rental space on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The project also included new Fit-outs Billa, Kik Textil, Drogerie Teta and Tabák.
