Today’s public grand opening closes our services for the provision of preparation and managing the remodelling of the Albert supermarket on Karlově náměstí in Prague 2.
The works comprised of extensive remodelling of the sales floor and expansion of the deli and bakery, by 19% to the detriment of the effective resolution of the spatial arrangement where storage was to be enlarged.
Thanks to the installation of energy saving lighting, new fridge cooling units, mechanical equipment, recuperative hot water heating by heat exchangers and an intelligent MaR, energy savings of 8% have been achieved as compared to the previous system.
There is new signage, with a new logo, painted walls, attics, lighting and associated equipment.
The sales floor is in a listed building. Thanks to proactive coordination and intensive preparations, the down time of the store was minimised and all works were completed, handed over and permitted on time.
