The expansion includes a free-standing Decathlon store, KFC drive-thru and the completion of retail areas in the Stop Shop standard. The expansion required the construction of a traffic circle and an increase in parking spaces by 160 parking spaces to a total of 927 parking spaces, together with landscaping necessary to ensure supply and smooth operation throughout the complex.
